Tourist flights Merritt island florida

Any recommendations for local operators as I would like to take my hosts for a flight.

There's a guy who runs an R44 out of the Cape Canaveral cruise terminal, but I'm not sure what his season is. You can see his operation from the main road going in/coming out of the port as it's right next to the main road.
I was there with the family the other day, but now I can't remember the company name. Maybe Beachside Helicopters, or something like that?

Presumably you are looking for a helicopter rather than F/W, but some years ago there was an outfit at Space Coast Airport operating a lovely 1929 Stinson Junior. May still be there. Well worth a few dollars each for a fifteen minute amble including a low run down the Shuttle Runway.
