Question for MD500e pilots

Hi
Working on a project and looking for some information from MD500e pilots

1- At full power before take off what is the torque gauge reading
2- what is the average torque gauge reading in the hover
3 what would the torque gauge read at full collective up
4 RPM at 60% what would the torque gauge be reading

Thanks

Rhys

Reco

1. 22 to 24 psi
2. tell me the weight of the heli and ambient conditions
3. You cant do that without over torquing the machine
4. 12 psi

Rhys - you'll find Hughes wants the weight of the aircraft not the weight of the pilot..........ISA conditions or not?

I presume this is for a simulator or some sort of modelling.

Hi Hughes500

Thanks very much for the reply that's pretty much what I need regarding the torque readings.
One more question, that is the length and width of the the main and tail rotor blades in meters ( I can convert to ft)
It's for a full scale MD500e simulator, I am editing a FSX air file to get the flight dynamics to closely match the real thing

Regards

Rhys

Reco, you don't have the necessary ten posts to be able to use the sites email function unfortunately.
