Any idea what's going on here? Is this a touch and go?

Curious query; can you lock/brake the wheels on a wheeled helicopter?

Yes you can. Either a system that locks the footbrake pressure or a separate hydraulic source operated by a handle.

Without brakes it would be very difficult positioning the helicopter on an apron to load/offload passengers.

Some folks land to a elevated pad/pinnacle with the brakes pre-set and others like myself, just prefer to stand on them to ensure we're not rolling anywhere !
