Worthwhile professional organizations for RW pilots

Hey PPRuNe! First time poster, be gentle.

I'm a military guy looking to broaden my aviation knowledge by joining some professional organizations outside the military to get some perspective on commercial rotary wing aviation, aviation maintenance, and aircraft design/production outside of my tiny little Army world. Didn't post this in the military pilots page because I'm looking for as broad a perspective as possible.

Anyone have any suggestions? Reddit told me this forum would be the place to go, don't let reddit down!
