Bell 412 s/n 33001 - 33108 Vertical TO

I've been flying a first series Bell 412 with increased gross weight and TO horsepower kit installed (19.1 FMS) and PT6T-3B engines for a while.
The RFM only allow a CAT A take off from a runway, but there is a Bell 412 SP FMS (22.2) that describe a vertical take off procedure in CAT A with the same engines (PT6T-3B).
So, my question is, is there a reason why a Bell 412 cant perform the same CAT A vertical take off of the Bell 412 SP?

Any Bell that has CAT A performance usually has the 30 Min OEI kit installed.....as far as i am aware, therr is none without it.

CAT A is also NOT a "vertical departure", but a precisely described procedue to minimize the risk in case of an engine failure.

Any helicopter that does not have the power to fly away on a single engine or to safely land can not be CAT A approved.

If the procedure isn't published in the RFM that exists in the helicopter s/n you fly, you can't substitute for a procedure published in the RFM that exists in a different helicopter to make up for what you want to do in your helicopter.
