NIOC crash in Caspian on Sunday 28th Nov

Sad news that an EMS helicopter has crashed 'due to technical failure' in the Caspian on Sunday. Crew plus patient killed.

Does anyone know the helicopter type?

'due to technical failure'
I saw that in the report too - unless the crew made a radio call, or there were witnesses, it seems a little premature to state that!
