One way to replace helicopters

I don't know about this, but one of those Airships flying high up in Northern Quebec will be quite a challenge, it's already a hard one for helicopters, maybe some of those people should go and spend sometimes up there to have a reality on what conditions exist in that area. High wind, Ice, snow and cold etc.
One day up there, me and my engineer were rolling 2 full drums on the B206 skids to keep it on the ground in high wind when our tent took off with all our belongings. What a mess.
