But their Nuri is slightly shorter and more like a Sea King.

I hope they are all OK, I flew with them on a CFS visit in 2006.

The Nuri is an S61A model, which was the original civil certified Sea King, hence the shorter fuselage.

I also understand that they are still fitted with the original CT58-110 engines, rather than the -140 that was the norm for offshore machines. In the tropical heat it must struggle for adequate performance.

Yes, and the MRGB temp ramps up very quickly in the hover.
