EASA CPL(H) and combined FAA skills test. Is it possible?

Good evening,

I'm looking to revalidate my AS355 type rating and IR/ gain a EC135 type rating, and I'm keen to gain an CPL FAA licence at the same time. Are there any examiners in the UK on the As355 or Ec135 that can do EASA and FAA check rides at the same time?

If anyone has experience of the process of converting an EASA to FAA licence in the UK I'd be very interested to hear of the process you went through.

Thanks

WW

There are a couple of schools with Dual EASA/fAA instructors , i think they can BFR's but not skills tests for new licences .

Try Atlantic helicopters in Leeds .

To do FAA licences you need to go through all the bull**** of finger prints , TSA checks , etc

So in all fairness , I doubt it ....

Your better off just getting your 355 /IR renewed , get your 135 rating done

Contact Atlantic , they can do FAA licences in Leeds I think
