Now we have PC2E is PC2 dead on the AW139?
Bit of an odd one that came up in training. Anyone know if there is any info in the RFM on PC2 offshore for the AW139? I assumed we could still do it accepting the DPATO and DPBL may require a forced landing. But was asked to show charts in the RFM to someone who said if wasn't in there then it wasn't an approved procedure?
Any ideas!

The AW139 has an Offshore Cat A procedure along with the necessary data - see Supplement 12 of the RFM and Supplement 50 for the increased mass to 6800.
The drop-down data will allow calculation of the appropriate mass to comply with the deck height you intend operating to.
QED - no PC2 - only Cat A.
Of course one question is begged and that is 'what happens if the deck environment does not permit a Cat A Approach or perhaps even a Cat A Take Off?'
Can't help you there.

not entirely correct Geoff,
check out page 9-128 of the RFM, this will give you the details for PC2 and PC2E.
Greetings to all the folks in Sesto
