New R44 pricing

Starting to shop for a new R44 and I am hearing that list minus a 4% discount delivered at KTOA is about the best pricing available. Anyone have any additional info? Thanks!

I've purchased two new R44's over the years, list minus 6% was my experience. All of the main rotor blade issues and AD's became a serious hindrance in my continuing to do business with them.
