A quick tap on Google shows that you are a easy two years behind on the news. The U.S. Army and Israel have already built prototypes for combat medevac/delivery that would have autonomous route-finding software as well.

Hmmm...

Try scaling up the batteries required to get a useful payload, speed and range out of a drone that size.

They're not there yet.

And computers are going to make paper obsolete.

And other technological pipe dreams. They might stuff patients into those, but medical crew will never ride in it.
