Catherine McGinn - Veritair (Cardiff Heliport)

Following a short illness I'm deeply saddened to inform the sudden passing of Catherine McGinn on 23rd October.

Catherine was a full of life, bubbly friend and colleague. She will be missed greatly by all that knew her and my thoughts are with her family at this difficult moment.

Once I find out details of funeral arrangements I will post details.

Catherine - Friend and colleague

A very sad day for us at the heliport and the helicopter indudtry. A great colleague and friend. We had a lot of fun hosting helicopters and pilots for the Six Nations Rugby, Ryder Cup, etc that Catherine organised.

Our thoughts are with her family at this difficult time.

PS - Iolo will miss the dog treats she always had under her desk for him when he came into work.

Very, very sad news!

I spent many a happy hour at the heliport chatting with Catherine. She lent me her car on quite a few occasions to go to the shops. Nothing was too much for her.

My thoughts are with her family.

Not been into the heliport for some time but I'm very sad to hear this tragic news. I can only concur with all the good things already said about her; she was the life and soul of the place and she will leave a gap that's very difficult to fill. My condolences to her family.

A wonderful lady; unstinting in her help and kindness for all. Visits to Cardiff will be empty without her humour and fun.

Catherine

Shocking and very sad news, Catherine was a lovely lady and always very helpful to me any time I visited Cardiff. Deepest condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues at BIH.
