AW109 or EC135; which type rating?

HI!
I have CPL on bell212/412. I would like to obtain another Multi Engine TR but I don't know what type of helicopter (in relation to the TR cost and to the job opportunities).I am thinking about AW109 or EC135.
What about these two helicopters (cost and job opportunities)?
Thank you

That would be a huge waste of money.
Invest in an IR, increases your chances a lot more.

If you have money for it go for the 139 (dont know about TRTO's).. 109 or 135 wont get you a real job, except for hems or police (country dependent).

But the 109 and 135 wont give you better opportunities than the 109 or 135.

I'm agree with the 139 choice. But for me it is too expensive.
At now I have cpl 600 hr B412,bell206,IR.
Bell 412 is now an old helicopter and I think it is need to obtain another type of a younger helicopter...
109?135?....Or 145?
this is the question!

Hi GRIFO,

Are you working on B412 and building hours at someone else's expense now? If so why not just stick with it. One day someone will pay for your AB139 rating!

Grifo, if you are looking at getting an additional type rating (that will offer no real experience on that type) just to show that you have one, you'll be looking at offers from the wrong employers.

Also, do you hold just a basic ICAO Level 4, because to get out of Italy you may need better TEA scores.
