It was a rhetorical question.

I was questioning why anybody would question the selection of an AW, especially after a PEL with the aircraft the 109 replaced.......

They have not replaced the S-76.

The 109 is in addition to it.

Point is they didn't get another S-76, and the PEL that Prince Charles and Camilla experienced in their S-76 had something to do with it too.
