Dear all,
I know Chaddy used to have a good support centre in the UK, but since its demise a few years ago, I wondered where does one go for support / service / repair of the Chaddy Vibrex / 8500 / VXP??

Chadwick were bought by Honeywell.Vibratech in France offer a good service with quick turnaround times and good aftermarket assistance. They aren't cheap tho but then again neither were EE!
There is another approved dealer/service centre in Germany.

Thanks for confirming that the perception re: Chaddy support is what I thought it was.
I am guessing that with the number of in service units of the Chaddy products that a new, improved and more competitively priced Official UK sales and support centre might be well received, which was the point of my OP.
