Cabair ceased trading
Think this might be the complete update as of now
NOTICE: Cabair International (UK) Ltd
I know a mate did his fixed wing ATPL couse about a decade ago now happy in the right hand seat of BA long haul. Bet he be shocked now to hear this.
Sad news

In short, Cabair, in all its forms, has all but ceased to exist. The various legal entities in and around the Cabair Group are either in administration, struck off, liquidated or dormant. Helicopter operations at Elstree have been taken over by Helicopter Services and it is now a satellite to their Booker operation.
