its “Oddie bin Laden” was that performs as a moving target at for the Taliban’s at their RPG shooting practice

or

“GWB” the dog was captured by the Taliban’s in Afghanistan and now he is used as a moving target at their RPG shooting practice

The US Army DARPA Representative reported there had been some unexpected test results that determined additional effort needed to be expended to sort out a few C3 issues with the new "Heat" sensing targetting system on the Bird Dog II aircraft.
