Training school's new marketing ploy.
In the cutthroat world of flight instructing schools, one school spent less money on advertising and hired helipad Marshalls.....seems to do the trick with more students turning up, even from other schools on navigation flights!

The use of twin counter-rotating tail rotors gave the machine excellent directional stability in the taxi, unfortunately the high power demand of the system made flight impossible.

Although it met all other requirements, the autorotational capabilities of Bob's Budget Helicopter left something to be desired.
