Hello all
So the Question is
"How do you do a type rating in a Kaman K-max as it only has one seat?"
Does the instructor have to sit on your lap during the lesson? Other inventive solution or real answers please.

AFAIK it's done in the similar HH-43 Huskie, although i stand to be corrected 
In most places, you don't need a "type rating" in any aircraft to fly it by yourself.
