Nice thing about the country, you can land anywhere, and not just to pick up wounded.

Yes that was me in MMPB! I remember seeing Cessna Citations, 402's and a Lear 60 (I think) What were you on?

Autorotate

It's hard to believe it was four years ago (end of last month) that Mark was killed. Time passes quickly, but I still miss him.
Here's a picture of the Yak 3 we shared.

Hope nobody minds the occasional fixed-wing photograph.

CLH,

You can't link to a photo on your hard drive (at least, not so that anyone else can view it!), so if you want to e mail it to me, I'll host it and send you the url to link.

John - You will have to forgive CLH as he is very busy chasing the women in Hong Kong and also he is a Queenslander. I rest my case

Well now....3B3....it took you long enough! I see you are up to your usual high standards of professional performance. At one time I used to know what all those dials and things were about....rarely get to see them anymore except when browsing the web it seems.

Welcome to the world of Pprune....we will look forward to your participation.

Why don't you post some of the nurse pic's you are so proud of?

Old pictures of helis round here . . .

I got these old pictures from friend they were taken between 1957 and 1970's

As you can see the NOTAR concept is not so new, this helicopter came to Mexico in 1957 to prospect for construction of powerlines, and it was a NOTAR design, anbody know what it is?

Picking up workers after calling it a day

Helicopter is landed at 18,810 FTAMSL!

John Eacott posted these photos on a thread about the Wessex some time ago. I've copied them here so that members who've joined since then can enjoy them.

Taken just north of Liverpool in November 2001. The quality is poor as a high rate of compression was used, when I update the site I'll increase the quality.......
