Steve145. .That's one thing I'd like to know aswell. Since the JAA-FCL introduction it's priced most of us out of the race. I'm flying on a German ATPLH(VFR) and I'm trying to get back home (UK) but my hard earned and paid for license is worth almost nothing against tha JAA version now. When the CAA version was still around it was about 2-3 ground school subjects and a check flight, now it's all 14 on a modular course and 50 hrs flying training!. .God bless the JAA
