Question Helos in Spanish Speaking parts of the world

I see information all the time about how many hours it takes to get into the helicopter industry in the UK, Europe, US, Canada, Australia, NZ, the Middle East, even Africa.

but nothing about Spain (yes, I know it's in Europe) Mexico, Central America, or South America.

How many hours does it take to get a job in these countries? Who hires? What are the licensing requirements?

I am from the US (southern New Mexico, un poco norte de la frontera), I speak fluent Spanish, and I haven't even begun training yet.... waiting on finances.

Thanks for any info
