AOC for sale in Europe ?

Hi guys,

I am looking for an AOC for sale. A business relation wishes to start cargo operations from China and looking to buy an AOC, preferably in a country with bi-lateral agreements with China.

Anybody with help in that direction ?

AOC for sale

An American AOC cannot be sold as such; however, the company under which it operates can be sold. In such a case the AOC would be incorporated into the sale of the corporation and could be utilized or modified as required by the new owners. In your case you would need a FAA Part 121 ( common carriage) or Part 125 ( specific caggage) certificate to meet your requirements. Either of these would work for your intended operation depending on the specifics of the cargo. Aircraft can be added or deleted from the certificate as required for the missions / operational requirements. But when a new aircraft is added a MIP, MEL, conformity check, Director of Maintenance must all meet the FAA standards and approved before the aircraft can be operated. This is not a bid deal, if you understand the procedures, but could be a huge headache otherwise. We operate on a Part 125 AOC under a Delaware LLC and have had no problems with the FAA but do routinely get ramp checks. Our AOC took a two years to obtain and we had lots of help from retired FAA personal; we were fortunate. Another operator in Alaska has been trying to obtain the same Part 125 certificate for over five years has has yet to be successful. President Trump's B-757 operates on a Part 125 Certificate and we utilize the same FAA POIs who monitor his operation for ours. Need more info, give us a shout at: [email protected]
