Thrust Red & Acc Altitude In Case Of Go Around
Today I encountered that
In Zurich Thrust Red&Acc Alt 2900/4500" during Departure
But in Case of Go around Initial Climb Altitude is 4000"
Default Trust Red&Acc is AAL+1000
What should I force ? And at 4000" what will be the attitude of Aircraft?
Does she maintain V2+10/20 or Accelerate ?

Assume you are talking A320 series.
I would as per the Zurich requirements on the Take off perf page modified to have thrust reduction 2900' and 4500' for accel.
On approach leave G/A perf page as per your SOP so 2420/2420. I suspect the G/A path keeps you clear of noise sensitive areas as well as terrain (plus G/As are much less often so less of a concern for them).
