ATPL unfreeze (Europe)

Ladie's and Gents good evening to you all, I've started the process on unfreezing my ATPL, which has been puzzling me a bit, I've found out this so far, please correct me if I am wrong

to unfreeze your ATPL, you need 1.500 hours of which 100 can be from Simulator (FNPT II, 25 hours max)

250 hours PICUS, of which a minimum of 70 as PIC, at the moment I have 180 as PIC so I would only need 70 hours PICUS

200 hours cross country

100 hours night flight

75 hours instrument time

one sim check with a raw-data approach.. in some company's only during LPC, some can also do it during OPC

Thanks in advance for your time,
