NOTAM time period

Hi, I'm a little unsure about when this NOTAM is effective, could someone help please?

B) 1703100624 C) 1706080800 EST
D) DAILY 1900 - 0800 MON - SAT

Does work;
a) terminate for the week at 0800 on a Saturday
b) take place from 1900 - 0800 for 6 days per week running into Sunday?

The estimated finish date on 8th June is a Wednesday so provides no clue.

Thanks for your help.

I'd read that as starting at 1900 on the Saturday and running into Sunday morning, but if it was operationally significant I'd ring up and ask them.
