What are the all probable reasons of high pitch rate during takeoff on A320

Can gusty winds and birds on takeoff path be reasons for excess pitch rate

Aileron input on a x-wind TO causing the roll spoilers to deploy and cause excess pitch up.

The handling pilot simply pulls back on the sidestick then takes his hand off it; how can you get an excessive pitch angle unless you are well above Vr?
