FAA register aircraft in Europe
Hello,
I was wondering if an FAA Commercial Pilot, brings his own N register aircraft in Europe and start its own sightseeing company/or provide basic flight training (assuming he is FAA CFI)
Also, where can I find the regulations regarding the above issue?
Thank you in advance

I think you will find that you will need to get an EASA land AOC (Air Operators Certificate) and you will need an EASA registered aircraft and you or the pilot will need to be EASA licenced.
Imagine the FAA allowing a European to start operating in the US without an Operators Certificate and with a non N registered aircraft.
