How does commuting work?
Hello guys,
I might have a simple question for you outside there, but for me it is not obvious.
Following contract details: Commuting contract 21 days ON / 8 days OFF
Does this mean that I stay 21 days at my base and come back after the rosters or am I able to deadhead home and continue work after leisure time until the 21 days are passed?
So in fact, my simple question is: Am I able to see my family at the ON-days?

You'll need yo post more details, but usually your ON days are at the operator's location of where ever the plane goes. ON days won't be home.
