Flaps deployment on the P51d...

To any of you who may know the answer to this question, specially real p51 pilots I would like to ask:

- When deploying flaps, at a speed compatible with the detent used, does the P51 pitch down immediately, or is there a temporary nose up pitch due to the increased CL ?

I wonder because some aircraft which become nose heavy with flap deployment start pitching down immediately, the A36 and the Vans RV6 being god examples, and even if they ballon they do it while pitching down, while other aircraft pitch up, etc... In the P51 manual it is written that the aircraft becomes nose heavy with flap deployment, but some defend there is an initial tendency to pitch up in the Mustang ...

How exactly is it in the real thing ?

Thanks for taking the time to read, and /or answer ;-)
