Permission to continue Form
I understand that after a diversion for a non-U.S airline in the U.S, you will need to complete a form "Permission to continue" before clearance given to continue to your original destination.
Anyone in here who knows where to find this form?
I have been searcing Faa`s pages without any luck.
Would be greatful for any help!
