B737 Ferry Flight

Hi

If I hold a valid FAA ATP and have a valid FAA medical and have the a/c endorsed on my licence. I have not done any formal check in the sim under the FAA system recently. Can I position a 737 that has a temporary US N registration attached to it with no PAX on board?

Thanks

Look at 61.58 (a) and then define recently.

Type rating for left seat, SIC for right seat as I understand.

Check the FAA definitions - it may well be a "Private Flight" with different, lesser, licensing requirements.
