Intermediate runway lenght

Do you know any regulations regarding measurement and publication of takeoff distances for intermediate RWY intersections?

Right now I've only found only one from UAE: http://tinyurl.com/pr38s4v
It's very reasonable, but only applies to UAE. Examples from other countries (or ICAO/EU documents) would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If Annex 14 had a single word about it, I wouldn't ask here.

Thanks. Please don't feel offended - CAP 168 is exactly the thing I'm looking for. Some people require "common sense" laid on paper in front of them.
Perhaps that will do, however similar documents from other countries are still appreciated.

Couldn't find anything in EU/EASA documents on measurement of intersection take-off distances, however information signs stating take-off run available (TORA) can be provided at intersections which are are used for take-off. Presumably the starting point of the TORA is based on the details in CAP168/UAE documentation.

Found it!
The ultimate answer is ICAO DOC 7754, it's referenced in DOC 7030-Europe.
