Kalitta 808 crash, fatigue awareness video
Hi all
I'm trying to find online a video I've seen a few times highlighting the dangers of fatigue. The video contains an enactment of the last few mins from the cvr of Katilla 808 that crashed in Cuba in 1993.
I'm sure many of you will have seen it at some point. For the life of me though I can't find it in online.
