Satellite/ Virtual bases and Jepp Crew Planning

Hi, I'm liking for info on airlines that use the Jeppesen Crew Planning software program and what their experiences have been. In particular fatigue management and efficiency of schedules, how has this been compared to previous applications?

I'm also looking for information on airlines that operate satellite bases. I've heard AA does this, if so can anyone share their experiences with this or any other airline that does this?
