BALPA 'The Log' article on fuel saving

Hi all, I hope you can help me....
I'm after a link to an article in the BALPA Log magazine maybe a few years ago about fuel saving...
It was somewhat tongue in cheek and amusingly got posted on our crewroom wall before being taken down. The short of it really was that it is a common misconception that we take less and save loads but the real savings are to be made in other areas of airline efficiency.
Does anyone still have the article or can find the link to it?
Many thanks in advance.

Try emailing the log board at Balpa. Just looked for a copy but don't have one to get the email address.

Any idea which one? They only produce 4 a year so even a year would help.

They're all stored online, if you log in to the balpa site they're under documents - publications

Thanks for your advice.
I found it, Spring 2013, pages 34/35.
Worth a look again I think!!
