Multi Engine rating, India

Hello,
I have DGCA SE with IR CPL. I have flown 12 hours of ME during my training stage from philippines but i dont have ME endorsed on my license.
I flew last in 2012, about 5 hours of ME.
How can I get ME endorsed on my indian license? Do I need to fly 25 Hrs of ME again or I can fly 25-12=13 Hrs as of now and get it endorsed by adding 12 Hrs of previous flying and 13 Hrs of new which makes a total of 25.???

If even half of what I've read about the Indian DGCA is true, I would think that for a few rupies you could get not only a multi endorsement, but a 787 type as well.
