Revalidating 737 Type Rating CAA Forms

Hi Guys,

I have my OPC next week and am also planning revalidate the B737 type rating on my UK issued JAA licence at the same time.

However I'm a bit unsure of which forms I need to submit.

Last time I did this I simply submitted a completed copy of SRG1158 and SRG1119 (at the time I was back in the UK and so went to Gatwick in person and they didn't even charge me which I found surprising!). It now seems there are several version of SRG1119 (A to F).

I'd really appreciate any pointers with this (much cheaper than the cost of calling the CAA on Monday!).

Thanks in advance,

Shockwave
