Talking to EASA?

Anybody already to try to speak to a person at EASA? I only find e-mails and have not been able to speak to a person regarding simulators.... Any ideas?

They don't even answer your emails. The same with the FAA. (Only prepared and general answers). And when you insist, you get one of these:
Response Via Email (FAA Customer Service Representative) Your local Flight Standards District Office can answer your question. That is what they are there for.

Tried to contact their Head of Safety with a business enquiry and didn't even get the most basic of acknowledgements.

Anyone checked their email system is actually functional?!

CAA will administer any Implementing Rules on stimulators that EASA bring into force.

I'm sure that someone at the Belgrano who approves such devices will know who to call.
