Roles of AOC Postholders

I'd be interested to know your opinion on the following ..

The roles of AOC postholders (Accountable Manager, Head of Training, Head of Flight Ops, Head of Maintanance, Head of Ground Ops) are found under JAROPS (EASA).

- With your expierence, what should the roles of these people be?
- What should be different, if at all?
- Would you fancy a role like this? Why or why not?

Thanks

*"sciolist"... Noun, archaic. "a person who pretends to be knowledgeable and well informed".
