The NOTAM service on this site seems to be down. Can anybody tell me where there is another source that works (without paying or subscription)?

NOTAM for sweden (if I'm not mistaken!)

Seems weird to have a subscription for NOTAMs as these are needed to all pilots. Authoroties shouldn't be able to withold information vital to the safe operation of A/C!
