Question Lawyers

After reading about Tudor Owen/Flying Lawyer and his success, it seems to me that PPRuNe should have a LEGAL section where we could all have access the people like Tudor. All I could find out was that he is with Beaumont's, but which one? Have any PPRUNERS got any other recommendations..just in case.

As a barrister, TO is not 'with' anyone. He is a member of Chambers, but will be self-employed.

He is like the Ritz Hotel; available for anyone to hire!

Have you still not joined BALPA Poddy? Maybe they'll help out with the increment situation?

Lawyers Flying Association at <A HREF="http://www.stapley.co.uk/lfa.htm" TARGET="_blank">http://www.stapley.co.uk/lfa.htm</A>
It's mostly a flying/social club for lawyers who fly (ranging from one of the Law Lords through to trainees and clerks), but can put you in touch with aviation law specialists.

Now, in accordance with the new PPRuNe PC regime, I'm licensed to crack barrister gags, so:-

Q: what have you got when you've got five barristers buried up to their necks in sand: A: not enough sand. (my clerk tells me this one whenever he can get me to listen)

Also, who nicked the fiver on the floor of the train compartment? Was it the rich lawyer, the poor lawyer, the rich flying instructor, or the tooth fairy etc etc etc etc (cont on page 97)
