Uniform?
Unusual one but welcome your two pennoth...
Airline with uniform issues (no, not Orange, smaller operator). New contract brings new uniform - what to do with the old (generic) one?
Could keep it but not reasonably applicable for any future employer, it is my property to do as I see fit - can I sell it?
Can find no mention of it in any manual but have heard mutterings that this is frowned upon/security issue etc. It is superficially no better than that from any costume shop and does not come with any identifying marks or an airside pass!
Discuss.

Quite simple. Who 'owns it'? Did you pay for it? If so, you do. As long as no positive airline identifying markings are on it, it is yours to dispose as you wish.

Its written into our contracts that we should return old uniform. However, in practice, no-one does this as the airline doesn't want it back!! This is uniform that the airline paid for. I think somewhere in the company info it says that as long as it is "de-identified" then you can do what you like with it. In practice, as long as there are no specific airline identiers on it then you could do what you like - ebay, fancy dress shop, whatever.
