Do ffs hours count for your total time?

Hi all!

I'm wondering if you can count full flight sim hours for your grand total? I thought this wasn't the case, but now I'm doubting it. Can anyone shed some light on this por favor.

They can count towards licence issue, but are not part of your TT (which means at the controls of an aeroplane .
