Question 02FO

Has anybody seen the add in Pilot mag for this offer???

It basically means 0hours to First Officer.

I will not post the web address unless people ask for it!!!
Is this is a money making scheme or is it real?
I have paid the £19 and i receieved a manual about becoming a pilot.....interesting but unsure whether it will help.
Has anyone else done this?

The other book which is similar is 'A Guide To Getting A Commercial Pilot's Licence' by Clive Hughes which seems to be the more popular book.

Rob,
There's already been a thread on this, but the general feeling was that while the information may be useful, beware the dodgy money making scheme! This basically involves using a betting "system" to help fund your training - and this information doesn't come cheap.
For a more reliable source of funding you could try the HSBC Professional Development loan, though I've heard this is becoming more difficult to get hold of.
Good luck,
Romeo Papa.
