Best option to study?

Hi,
I visited Emirates aviation yesterday and they gave me their UnderGraduate Course brochure and their fees, so the one that i am interested in were the following=

1) Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (2 years - 25,000$ for whole course)
2) Applied Bachelor in Business Administration (3 years - 41,000$)
3) BBA in aviation management (3 years - 41,000$)

this is their whole course for UG=
https://gyazo.com/cf2297be2c2f3559e14242b7693f2543 (basically, i think i can do any of these. I recently passed my highschool with 60% marks, they said 60% was acceptable - on their website it's written 80% only for the other schools, my countries education system was more harder apparently lol)

Anyways i wanted to know
1)which would be a better course for me?
2)Is there any difference is studying other colleges or in any other country for the same course?
3)Can you give me some insight on what exactly they do and they will teach me for the choice of course?

I actually wanted to get my self an ATPL license but since it is too expensive i'm gonna study this first and then study the whole pilot's course with me own savings!

Thanks in advance! and sorry for the long questions!

Apart from these fees you wish to do aviation you also need money to live and something to eat (which is not cheap in UAE). Accomodation will cost around 5000AED/m as far as I remember?
If you really want to be pilot and have 0-ATPL road, I would recommend to find academy in Europe or go for modular training like this one, for instance: EASA COMMERCIAL PILOT FROM 0 TO ATPL
