ATPL - USA school
I currently have a EASA PPL with night rating and I'm just about to finish my last ATPL exam, which leaves me to find a place to complete my multi-engine and IR rating.
I have been looking at schools in both europe and USA but I'm a little bit unclear about some of the schools in USA are advertising an FAA ATP EASA program which just leaves me to wonder if I'm gonna be converting my licences multiple times or is some type of dual license type?

You can do the CPL and MEP in the states, but you need to do the IR on European airspace, so they're likely going to train you then send you to Europe to finish up the IR. My advice is usually PPL/IR and hour building in the States, then a 15 hour IR conversion and 15 hour CPL short course back home. There's not much point doing an FAA CPL then converting it, because with low time you'll still need 15+ hours to convert. Unless you want to stay and instruct.
