Recency Status

What are your current qualifications (ratings, etc.) and when was the last time you flew or wrote a written examination from Transport Canada?

Prianca,

The recency requirements are still at CAR 401.05 (see also Standard 421).

For booklet renewal steps see section 6.2 of AC 400-001.

Your ROC-A is valid for life.

The medical certificate validity periods are in CAR 404.04(6) (also p 15 of your booklet).

The validity period in Canada for language proficiency at ICAO levels 4 and 5 ("operational") is five years (AC 400-002 refers).
