zero to atpl advice

hi guys im new here and been researching this for a long time with no good outcome yet. i live in the middle east and want to get from zero to atpl which complies with the middle eastern standards which is probably icao atpl or jaa
im trying far out to find schools where i could achieve this goal but do it on a cheaper level because i am self funded but not to an extent of 50K euros if you guys could guide me as to where to start and if those locations would be acceptable here. maybe i have been looking in the wrong places.
i found one in the us which would get me there with 1500 hours but would cost around $70K and to be honest i dont have that much all i have is around $25k which could get me to cpl but im trying to aim a bit more.
so far for that amount cpl is achievable in canada but i heard india is a bit cheaper if you guys could point me out to some schools that could help me out that would be awesome

Sorry to tell you, Cpl+IR cheapest in the eurozone is around €45k, convert at your leisure. So keep working and saving, after all, anything worth having is worth working for.

And I would still add into it a 10% contingency. Trust me, you will need it.

how about asian countries like india do they have any good backbone with licencing i heard that dgca licence can be converted to easa by writing the atpl theory exams and some other tests would that country be considered as a cheap option or modular would be the best way to go and if so which place would still be considered the best. i know india is cheap in living expenses but fuel is costlier
